Launched in March 2008, the Toys for Tots Literacy Program offers the nation’s most economically disadvantaged children the ability to compete academically and to succeed in life by providing them direct access to books and educational resources that enhance their ability to read and to communicate effectively. The UPS Store, Inc. and its network of of nearly 5,000 The UPS Store locations across the U.S. are the exclusive sponsors of the Toys for Tots Literacy Program.
One-hundred percent of all proceeds go to support local children and literacy programs. Every dollar helps put a book into the hands of a local child in need!
With your help, we've contributed nearly $7.3 million, helping to deliver more than 44 million books to children across the country. Thanks to your support, we provided our highest annual donation to date in 2020 at nearly $2 million!
To further champion the mission of the Toys for Tots Literacy Program, The UPS Store, Inc. has participated in the iconic Rose Parade® known as “America’s New Year Celebration” since 2017.
